Who is Depth Technology Limited?
Depth Technology Limited is a Hong Kong–based manufacturer and exporter of truck components and precision sensors for heavy‑duty vehicles. We supply global markets and have an ISO 9001/14001–certified production system with strict QC.

What are your main products?
Heavy‑duty truck sensors and related components, including MAP sensors, MAF sensors, pressure/temperature sensors, NOx sensors, ABS wheel speed sensors, crank/cam sensors, EGR sensors, harnesses, etc. We also supply engine, chassis, and electrical parts for Sinotruk, Shacman, FAW, and other Chinese heavy‑duty brands.

Which brands/vehicles do your parts fit?
Sinotruk (HOWO), Shacman, FAW, and other mainstream Chinese HD truck platforms in the first place. Fitment is confirmable via OE number, VIN, engine model, or chassis code.

What are your main markets?
Russia/CIS, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, with further expansion to more markets.

How do you ensure quality?

How do you test products before shipment?
Electrical, signal, and environmental performance tests are conducted on each sensor. For self‑developed items, in‑vehicle validation is performed under real operating conditions.

Do you offer customization or development (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We have dedicated R&D resources for OEM/ODM. We can develop according to your specification, reverse‑engineer from samples, and create molds/fixtures as required.

Can you develop items from my specification draft or sample?
Yes. Submit your drawings/specs (electrical range, connector type, housing, calibration curve, operating temp, IP rating) or send a sample to us. Our engineering team will analyze the technical feasibility and lead time.

Can you do my brand packing?
Yes. Custom branding/packaging is possible; typical MOQ is 100‑300 pcs per item.

What certifications/standards can you meet?
We can meet relevant automotive standards for EMC, vibration, temperature/humidity, and salt spray tests. Third‑party testing can be arranged upon request.

📦 Supply, Lead Time & Logistics

What are typical lead times?

In‑stock: 3‑7 days after payment
Regular production: 15‑30 days depending on item and quantity
New development/OEM: per project plan after sample approval
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

Standard items: flexible MOQ for trial orders
Custom packing/branding: usually 100‑300 pcs per item
ODM/new development: defined by project
What shipping methods do you offer?
Sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, railway (where available), and express couriers (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX/EMS). We recommend the most cost‑effective option based on destination, volume, and urgency.

Can you ship to my warehouse or forwarder?
Yes. We can deliver to your designated warehouse or forwarder in China or overseas under EXW/FOB/CIF/CNF/DDU terms.

Can you consolidate multiple items in one shipment?
Yes. One‑stop sourcing and consolidated packing can help you save on logistics cost and receiving workload.

đź’° Pricing, Payment & Samples

What are your payment terms?
Generally 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. Flexible terms are available to long‑term partners.

What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (T/T), bank transfer; other methods can be discussed as per market feasibility.

How can I get a sample?

For new developments: samples are provided for customer validation
For bulk orders: samples are available after order confirmation and deposit; Sample and freight costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Do you offer tiered pricing or distributor terms?
Yes. Volume‑based pricing, distributor policies, market protection, etc. can be discussed based on the annual purchase plan.

🛠️ After‑Sales, Warranty & Support

What is your warranty policy?
1–2 years for quality‑related issues depending on the item and application environment.

What if the product I received does not work?
We take full responsibility for quality issues that are attributable to us. Please supply photos/videos, lot numbers, and a brief fault description. We will analyze the root causes and make it right with replacement, credit, or corrective action.

How do you handle quality complaints?
Response within 24 hours; proposed solution within 48 hours. Corrective and preventive actions are recorded for continuous improvement.
